The planetarium is located on the Tromsø campus of the Arctic University of Norway and is the first Norwegian planetarium open to the public. The planetarium has seating for 95 people under a 12.2 meters (40 feet) dome and is the largest in Norway. It runs on software delivered by Sky-Skan.
