Tasks

The council shall:

  • choose council leader, board members and deputy members according to § 5 of the charter
  • determine compensation for board members
  • oversee the activities of the foundation
  • make statements about annual reports and financial accounts
  • choose the accountant of the foundation
  • establish inquiries
  • make changes to the foundation by proposals of the board
  • establish suggestions for strategy and development
  • consider proposals for the concil
